Privacy Notice

When you complete the contact or quotation form, we collect your name, phone number, message and any company or email details electronically. The enquiry language, source page, relevant product (if any) and submission time are also recorded. Name, phone number and message are required; company and email are optional.

The hosting service may process technical data such as IP address, request time and browser information when you access the site. With your permission, Google Analytics processes visit and interaction data; see the Cookie Notice for details.

Quotation requests rely on Article 5/2(c) of Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK) to the extent directly necessary to enter into or perform a contract. Answering and following up other business communications relies on legitimate interests under Article 5/2(f), subject to your fundamental rights and freedoms.

Necessary security and operational records rely on Article 5/2(f); compliance with legal obligations on Article 5/2(ç); and establishing, exercising or protecting rights on Article 5/2(e). Optional analytics relies on your explicit consent under Article 5/1.

Sending the form does not give permission for advertising or marketing. You can send an enquiry and use the site without agreeing to analytics.

Authorised Targaz staff assess enquiries. Form data is sent to Supabase for storage and follow-up, and through FormSubmit to Targaz’s Gmail mailbox for email notification. Hosting and technical support providers may process data necessary to provide their services. Disclosures to authorised public bodies are limited to applicable legal requirements.

If you allow analytics, visit and interaction data is sent to Google. On pages containing a map, the OpenStreetMap tile service receives your IP address and browser request information. The map does not request your device location. We do not send the contents of form fields as analytics data to analytics or map providers.

These services may process data outside Türkiye. Overseas transfers must be assessed under KVKK Article 9; cookie permission alone is not a legal basis for routine overseas transfers.

Enquiry records and related correspondence are retained for the period necessary to respond and follow up. Where a contract, legal retention obligation or protection of rights requires further retention, relevant records are kept only for as long as that requirement continues. When the grounds for processing end, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Access to enquiry records is restricted to staff authorised for their duties. Browser preference retention periods are explained in the Cookie Notice.

Under KVKK Article 11, you may:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about that processing.
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly, and identify recipients in Türkiye or abroad.
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, deletion or destruction when legal conditions apply, and notification of these actions to recipients.
• Object to an adverse result arising solely from automated analysis, and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

You may submit a written request to the postal address below, or use the email address below where permitted by applicable request procedures. We may request information necessary to verify your identity. Requests are to be resolved within the statutory period, no later than 30 days.

You may withdraw analytics consent at any time using “Cookies” in the footer. Withdrawal does not retrospectively affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. This notice is information, not a request for consent.
